Batidas—shakes—come in many forms throughout the Americas. This once combines the tropical flavors of soursop and mango, with our old familiar—and just as lovely—strawberries. Chef Daisy Martínez’s choice is guaranteed to leave you with a sweet taste in your mouth, and a bounce in your step!
Combine the crushed ice and nectar in a blender and pulse several times. Add the sorbet , milk, and strawberries and blend completely. Serve immediately in tall glasses. (You can chill the glasses before serving!)
